CFI Underwriting Managers is changing their name to GROUPASSUR
As of November 1, 2011 CFI Underwriting Managers, a specialty insurance Managing General Agent operating out of Edmonton and Toronto, announces that they are changing their name to officially become GROUPASSUR, Insurance Brokers. Since it was acquired by GROUPASSUR in October 2009, CFI Underwriting Managers has been operating as one of its divisions.
« With this change of designation, we hope to take advantage of our presence from one ocean to the other, by promoting only one name and one corporate image » as stated by Jean-François Raymond, Assistant General Director of GROUPASSUR. Mr. Raymond maintains that all personnel will remain in place and will continue to offer the same professional service our clients have been accustomed to since the company began operating back in 2003.
